GreenWaves srl presents the design of a new RF amplifier - fully based on GaN
technology covering over one decade bandwidth from 20 to 520 MHz, capable to
provide 150W peak power and high gain (≥42 dB).
Lineup includes three cascaded stages: pre-driver / driver / Push-Pull Power
Amplifier. Product comes with mechanical enclosure to guarantee
electromagnetic shielding and reliable operation into complex radio systems.
Product is subject to EAR99 Export Administration Regulations.
